Adult Tennis Camps & Holidays in Spain
A Focused Adult Tennis Holiday
Hola!
If you’ve trained with us before, you know I’m focused on adult tennis — how adults actually learn, play, and improve.
My goal is simple: to give you a focused tennis holiday on the Mediterranean and send you home with noticeable improvement in one week. Not just a good experience — real progress you can feel when you’re back on court.
For Winter 2026, adult tennis camps are available in Marbella, Spain, at the Royal Tennis Club & Hotel — ideal for club players looking for a preseason tune-up.
Port de Sóller, Mallorca, and Andalucía, Spain (2026) are coming next.
Here’s how the week works:
You train 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday (10:00–13:00).
First 2 hours focus on structured technical and tactical training
The final hour is a coached doubles match or live-ball point play, with a coach moving across courts to guide decisions, positioning, and patterns in real time
Throughout the week we work on technique, court positioning, doubles strategy, and your serve. On Friday, we finish with a short video analysis so you can see what’s working and leave with a clear plan to take home.
Court ratios are kept small — maximum 4 players per court, with a strong preference for 1:3 to guarantee improvement. Camps are capped at 12 players total to keep the experience focused and personal.
Use the form below or visit Costa del Tennis to reserve your place.
Year-Round Adult Training Option
For adults who want consistent, structured training at any time of year — including beginners — we also recommend the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca and Cancún. Use Promo code: IndieTenis or Costadeltennis for up to 15% off any training program + accommodation for 2026.
This is one of the few academies globally that reliably accommodates adult beginners in group training programs year-round, making it a strong option for motivated players who want a professional environment.

Port de Sóller, Mallorca
Staying in Hotel Es Port
One of the best places to stay in this charming seaside town is Hotel Es Port. It’s a relaxed, understated hotel with a laid-back feel — ideal for unwinding after a morning on court or an afternoon exploring.
Rooms look out toward the courts or the mountains, and the hotel offers two excellent restaurants serving local cuisine, along with spa services and both indoor and outdoor pools.
Life in Port de Sóller
Port de Sóller has plenty to enjoy off court. You can take the vintage tram to Sóller, walk along the harbour, or enjoy fresh seafood at one of the waterfront restaurants.
For those who like to explore, the surrounding area offers incredible variety — from hiking in the Tramuntana mountains to visiting the dramatic coastline at Sa Calobra, or taking a boat along the coast. Local wines, long lunches, and Mediterranean sunshine tend to find their way naturally into the week.
A perfect balance
Port de Sóller is ideal if you enjoy a balance of focused activity and genuine downtime. The area attracts hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers thanks to its mix of orchards, mountains, and sea views.
Nearby villages like Fornalutx and Biniaraix feel timeless, with stone streets and a slower pace of life. Whether you prefer being active or simply relaxing by the water, this part of Mallorca offers an easy, natural rhythm that pairs beautifully with a week of adult tennis.
